The place comes first.
Before cameras come out, I spend time understanding the property – how it is used, what gives it character, and what deserves attention.
The goal isn't to impose a formula. It's to find the visual language that already belongs there.
01 – Observe
Understand the place before documenting it.
I begin by looking beyond the obvious – how the property is approached, how the land and structures relate, where the light falls, and which details give the place its identity.
02 – Plan
Build the work around what the property needs.
What gets photographed, filmed, mapped, or revisited is determined by the property and its purpose. The plan is shaped before the work begins, with room to adapt when something unexpected deserves attention.
03 – Create
Document what makes the place distinct.
The work is captured with both the final piece and the larger story in mind – from broad landscape and architecture to the smaller details that establish atmosphere, use, and character.
04 – Refine
Shape the final work around its purpose.
The strongest images and moments are brought together with intention – edited, sequenced, and delivered in the form that best serves the property, whether for a listing, a campaign, or a record meant to last.
The Result
The work should feel like it could only belong here.
Every property has its own scale, rhythm, history, and purpose. The finished work should preserve those distinctions rather than smooth them away.
